Minerva 1002 is a family owned apartment in the heart of Benalmadena on Spain's Costa del Sol. It boasts two small balconies with views of the sea, pools and mountains. 

 

It is a well presented, comfortable and inviting family apartment situated on the top floor of the Minerva Apartment Building in the heart of Benalmadena.

 

The building is serviced by four lifts, taking you from the reception area to immediately outside the apartment itself, making it accessible for all ages.

 

With extensive private gardens and fantastic pools this is a fabulous get-away in the heart of Southern Spain's Costs del Sol in the Andalucia region for families and couples alike.

 

During the October to April season we regularly rent the apartment out for several weeks at a time and offer a discounted monthly rate for this. LOCATION

 

The apartment building is only 15 minutes drive from Malaga Airport and costs around €20 by taxi.

 

Minerva is situated just 550 yards from central Arroyo and a pleasant 15 minute walk to Benalmadena Marina. Plaza Bonanza Square is just  50 yards away offering various restaurants and bars. The beautiful Palermo Park is a short 280m walk from the apartment.

 

The Apartment is on the 10th floor giving it spectacular views of the sea, pool and mountain ranges.


The stunning swimming pools are surrounded by gardens and terraces, where sun loungers are available to rent.  They are kept private, with well maintained grounds and fences. Access is strictly by photo ID pool passes from the reception desk. During the summer there is a lifeguard service and a poolside snack bar.

 

ROOMS

 

Living Area:

 

The bright sun-lit apartment has a spacious and comfortable living-dining area with a balcony, Philips flat screen TV, docking station, dining table, large sofa / sofa bed and armchair. The balcony directly off the lounge has  deckchair seating and small table and chairs. It has a large canopy blind which you can use to find shade when the sun gets a little too much!

Kitchen:

 

The kitchen is well stocked with the usual amenities including cutlery, plates, bowls, dishes and tea / coffee making facilities, microwave , fridge / freezer, electric oven, work top hob and a number of electrical items including toaster, electric whisk and coffee machine.

 

Bathroom 1:

 

Bathroom with bath and shower. 

 

Bedroom 1:


Bright spacious double / twin room with fitted wardrobes. Patio doors onto a balcony with views of the sea, pools and mountains. Dressing table and bedside cabinets. Air conditioning unit.  The balcony has a deck chair seating and also has a large canopy blind which you can use to find shade.

Kitchen:

 

Bedroom 2 & En-suite:

 

Bright twin bedroom with ensuite. Fitted wardrobes and cupboard space.  En-suite bathroom with bath and shower facilites. Air conditioning unit.

 

Other:

 

A washing machine is located in the built in cupboard in bedroom 2 and drying racks are situated on both balconies.

 

An Iron and ironing board can be found in the lounge cupboard.

There is a hairdryer available in the apartment.

 

Safe's are available from the reception desk for a small charge.

 

Wi-Fi is available from the reception desk for a small charge.
